In A Sunburned Country A Canadian girl experiences the heat of the aussie sun and how their ocean roars.

In A Sunburned Country

A place. A thought. A memory.
That is my photography.
I was once told that travelling is like reading a good book; the less pages turned, the less the journey has begun.
I tasted scrumptious food, witnessed sunrises & sunsets, laughed in different languages, climbed mountains, used a donkey for transportation, watched the ocean roar; I've experienced culture.
I am an aspiring Travel photographer based in Revelstoke, British Columbia, Canada.
Photography has always been a main part of my life. Growing up, my family had a huge impact on the way I saw my world, and continue to influence me still.
My uncle studied photography at art school, my grandfather always had the camera clicking..I guess it just runs in the family. So I would like to thank them and the lens for allowing me to introduce my images to you.
I think I should be chosen to win because I was put on this earth for a reason: to show you my love of capturing and sharing stories of far away lands. I will never stop exploring. Like an artist with a paint brush, it's me and my lens.
