this is the balloon man in the Basilica Minore del Santo Nino in Cebu City Philippines. Loved by kids because of his colorful balloons, brings joy and laughter to them. Giving kids smiles and happiness that is true. But thus the smiles of the children give him happiness to move on with life in a country filled with poverty?
