My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited
USA | Monday, July 1, 2013 | 5 photos
Capturing these shots of this “Passiflora incarnate” or purple passionflower occurred in my backyard a few weeks ago was iconic of the very symbol it holds. It’s something about capturing the solace of a moment and allowing that vibrancy to be capstoned for the world to see. In writing, poetry does this. In nature, photography does it. It’s this raw beauty that others seem to just ignore or totally overlook. This is my passion.
“The Passion”
Nestled In the whim
Sentiments of like minds seem to collide
Amongst the spectacles and sounds
Many new chapters of life’s thrills bloom
To others it may shatter to some regard
Under the gloom that many have consumed
With so much life around how can you miss the laughter
For it is the passion that we all are after.
