I had watched shows and read books on Africa growing up, and never thought I would be able to go. When a chance came up 2 years ago, I could not pass up the opportunity! While my main focus was baseline inventory for reptiles and amphibians, I stopped and appreciated everything I saw and had the most amazing time of my life. So many things I didn't get to see, but that just means I will have to take another trip back to this amazing country one day!
