Portrait of The Nation
A series about the Ukrainian people. This project develops humanistic ideas expressing feelings, harmony of life. Individuality and an essence slipping out from perception because of culture`s globalization are being discovered here.
Through the documentary project in a photo probably to transfer that vital value which leaves from us in vanity.

It would be desirable to show traditions, culture, originality, in which dews, it was brought up, becoming and becoming stronger on patrimonial roots, to embody everything seeming habitual and insignificant for tired sight, not capable to allocate significant in daily, those instants which make culture elements, correlating us to spirit of the people and an epoch.

The project will continue the theme of epic legends and bylinas known in territory of modern Ukraine and uniting roots of the Slavic people.

Also the historical places directly connected with formation of Christianity and statehood will be embodied.

The project is not an impartial narration. Incorporating various stories, the project first of all opens before the spectator of the person in its time and space. Leaving last word not to judgments and tastes, but the life.



Was born on November, 6, 1987 in Barnaul, Altaian district, Russia.
In 1997 I moved with a family to Odessa.
2004 – finishing of secondary school N 37 in Odessa (Theatrical class).
2003-2004 – courses on Service class, Odessa. Course of design of clothes, diploma.
2004-2008 – Kiev National University of Culture and Arts, speciality – Design of clothes, qualification of Bachelor.
2008-2009 – Kiev National University of Technologies and Design, speciality of Photo&Video design, qualification of Master's degree.
