This instrument named ‘Gong’, a traditional instrument from Javanese. It looks that the artist played it deeply, surely he loves his culture.

Semarang is a capital city of Central Java region in Indonesia. There, I found this traditional artist group on a rainy day. Named ‘Jaran Eblek’ that means Crazy Horse, this group usually make a show on an inter-junction traffic light. This group has 4 members, two men work on music and two others have to dance and collect money around the street.

The dancer performed his dancing ability in front of vehicles that stopped by traffic light. They carried a basket to collect money from people.
