Stumbling towards Enlightenment

Talking about my inclination towards photography, I would say that the interest grew within me, the more I got closer to myself and the more I willed to know this world beyond the visible objects. I started with photography a year back. Initially for me, it was never about a hobby or a profession. It was always about capturing a moment, an emotion, a story and a history which is spelled out by those colors, eyes, smiles, tears, trees, mountains, water droplets etc. They carried meanings in my life because they could tell me about stories and histories I am connected to.
Eventually, I merged this passion with my work being a development professional and I discovered a different world at my work. My profession involves travelling, exploring different cultures and societies, working with different communities. My camera kept travelling with me all the time and places to hold these moments forever. I have done no formal training or courses in photography. This scholarship would provide me a brilliant opportunity to learn about photography and explore the depth within me to see this parallel but virtual world with so many voices.
