Sri Lanka!

SRI LANKA | Monday, 21 April 2008 | Views [526] | Comments [1]

So we arrived in Colombo at 2.30pm local time, we decided to head for Hikkaduwa straight away.... The journey was 100kms, piece of cake... it took 4 hours!

We've been surfing every day and partying with some locals from Colombo that we meet on our second day. We've also done some sightseeing. So far the Turke Hatchery has been my favourite. I got to release two baby turtles into the ocean! We've also been to lots of old Buddist temples, a cinnamin plantation, a moonstone factory (which all particularly liked!) and on a catamaran up a massive lagoon.

It's been busy but great fun!
