My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

I felt privileged when I decided at age 15 that wanted to work as travel photographer, 100% sure, unlike so many who still do not know what they want to do with their lives. Highly motivated, I’ve pursued my studies at the University by completing a degree in Photography in 2008.
Shortly after finishing it, I’ve discovered that I was not so privileged, since the paths that could lead me to my goal were blocked in Portugal. I've tried everything, I did small jobs, sending by working on marketing research. Always out of what I wanted.
Besides this difficulty, and since Portugal is in crisis, I began to feel a little lost without knowing what the next step was. And start to believe less and less that someday i will work as a travel Photographer. No one gives me a opportunity to start. Its hard to know what your where born for, and not be able to be. And in days of crisis were all people are suffering, it is a luxury dreaming of becoming a travel photographer. But i still dream … so i have this little hope that you can choose me.
