Character In Taste

I live in Indonesia, and wherever I go to different places for having lunch or dinner I always find chili in the menus. You know, The Indonesian love chili a lot to accompany their food. That's why Indonesian food usually tastes hot and spicy. Because they believe that eating hot and spicy food can refresh their mind and increase spirit. And I think it does also influence their character, which is brave. As we know, that Indonesia is very protecting their culture and reputation. Then they will be so sensitive if someone is harassing them. But they will be very kind and friendly if you treat them well. And even you can be treated better by them if you have good relationship with them.

Really, The Indonesian is so gentle and polite. So if you look at a chili, it looks almost like The Indonesian. You know, chili looks pretty with its red peel and it feels soft and smooth. But when you touch it too hard, it will give you hot taste! But don't worry, as long as chili is treated well by you, it doesn't make any disturbing taste.

Thus, for everyone who never had visited Indonesia and taste the food such as rendang, gulai ayam and sate which taste hot and spicy with its rich flavor and delicious season, I do recommend you to get some. And you will feel like an Indonesian. You will feel the taste flow into your blood, and you will get the spirit of chili when having them.
