Some sort of passion flower.

Looks like the very invasive "Banana Poka" of Hawai'i (Passiflora mollissima). It's native to Brazil.

Passiflora mollissima is native from Central America although it is wide spread.

Perhaps P. pinnatistipula: From Chile there is a small population of Passiflora pinnatistipula, also found in Peru. The status of this plant is endangered.

I have very reliable secret sources from a world wide net work. I will always win these little puzzles with stunning detail. Sorry, Mel!

Congratulations, Mel, on coming up with passion flower... first. I'm sure Stephen found your answer very helpful in his wiki-search...

Thank you, Uncle Philip. Let it be known that I do not cheat and use Wikipedia... I just happen to have a Passion Flower vine growing in my backyard (thank you, Tad!).

A late comer to a quiz does not a cheater make! Just because I have marshaled extensive resources of which the notoriously inaccurate Wikipedia is not one should not unleash such family invective. A simple picture flashed to my sources and, voila, a much more specific answer than the torpid..."Some sort of passion flower "
Bring it!
