Guinea pig (aka “Myrtle chicharon” or “cuy al horno”), deep fried, garnished with roasted corn, served with a simple salad, and potatoes (lots of bones, lots of work for a little meat, tastes like a cross between chicken and goat)

"Myrtle chicaron"... One of Morgan's pet guinea pigs was named Myrtle (after Moaning Myrtle from "Harry Potter").
