    The female satin bowerbird bows in the front of the bower, fanning her feathers and bobbing up and down (her courtship dance) making an impressive display to attract her male counterpart. Views[1797] This satin bowerbird is about to start her dance around the bower, her feathers a ruffled and her mate is watching nearby, She has to be on guard to ward of potential rivals whilst trying to impress her mate. Views[417] Such striking blue eyes, and their feathers black, sometimes a giving deep shiny blue appearance. Male bowerbirds weave intricate display areas (bowers) out of twigs and decorate their bowers with blue objects to attract a potential mate.
