Hello, I'm Angelina. I am 23 years old and was born and raised in California. I absolutely love to travel and experience new cultures and places. I am relatively new to the world of photography but I absolutely love it!
I think it is amazing what can be conveyed in a single photograph. A moment that can be captured and then shared with the world. I'd appreciate the opportunity to get this scholarship because I think I could grow immensely from this experience. I remember looking through National Geographic magazines as a child when I would visit my grandparents house. Looking at these beautiful pictures not only inspired me to travel and see these amazing places, but also to help and visit the people in those photographs. I wanted to reach through the magazine and end up on the other side. Having this experience would be an absolute dream come true.
