Life at Brazilian backlands

After her husband died, Da Silva returned to her hometown to search for her family. The only person who was still alive was her brother, Francisco, which goes once in a month to help his sister with her house. “I love her and it took a long time to understand why she decided to leave her family to the backlands:  it was because of love. When she came back asking for help I couldn’t do anything but help. She’s all I have left.” – he says.
