My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

It was the winter of 2009, when I first arrived in Europe as a student. I wanted to capture every moment of my new discoveries, but I really don’t know much about photography. My pictures did not have the soul in them. That was the first time when I searched about photography and I instantly liked it. In few days, I read lots of tutorials and watched hundreds of videos and when I received my first scholarship, I spent all of it on a DSLR. This new passion totally transformed me. As a computer student my life was focused around my laptop and the connection with the outer world was limited. Since photography came into my life, it gives me new reasons to interact with the real world.

Everybody needs a medium of expression, and I am very much sure that my medium of expression is photography. Now, I am no more a shy person, I can communicate through my photos. But, I am still just a beginner, just started to understand the mysteries of light. I want to learn more, I want to get professional training, I want to travel the world. This scholarship can be a life changer for me.
