Paris...So simple,but at the same time luxurious,magnificent,princely.
This city has its own unique smell, which admires people by its air of romance.
On each step you come across to a French carousel. Traditional animals, barely twist poles, fairy lights. As beautiful, as an episode from my childhood dreams. first I saw this picture 10 years ago on TV, even downloaded a picture for me, made a wish to go there.Childhood dream!
People are captivated by the cafe culture of Paris.Petit déjeuner * chocolate croissants...Fresh and crispy...hmmm...served with a cup of dark roasted coffee. Multicolored macarons – from pastel pink to a bright turquoise. All the colors you could wish for!... Simple, but fabulous. Owing to the pastel colored macarons fashion designers were inspired to create their spring collection.
You can't find anything dark in the life of Paris. Nothing gloomy or black. People living in Paris are not heavy too. In all these there's a significant liaison with culture. French cuisine and culture have been shaped together processing an improvisation. Like the French food which is light and healthy, the French culture is reachable too by its rusticity and serenity. It’s not indigestible like French food. On the other hand it is incredible, stunning. It keeps the looker-on to contemplate around.
The French food and traditions of cuisine have been extemporized during ages along with the French culture. The culture, lifestyle, economic conditions have formed the development of food traditions. Due to the economic prosperity of Burgundy over several centuries rich meat dishes, cream sauces are very popular here. On the other hand, mountain regions excel in firm cheeses, which allow food to be preserved over the long winters which were the main means of support for families in economically limited areas. The economy had its impact on the French food culture.
Living in a revolutionary country French people refreshed and renewed the ancient creating the modern.
