I am 9889 days old (27) born in Leicester, UK.

I moved to Manchester in 2010 because I couldn't find any work in my home town of Leicester. Since 2010 I have been paying £500 towards my parents mortgage so they don't have to struggle in their late 50's and £375 towards my rent so £875 of my wage each month I do not even see. On a basic wage without my bonus - I was left with £25 for the month. And it was only last month that I was told I was being made redundant, which made me look for other jobs and now I start a new job with a higher wage on 07/01/2013.

If I was given the opportunity to travel to Oman would be life changing for me because it really would make my 2013. Moreover, if you went and asked 100 people first thing that comes to mind when you mention Oman, I would guess over half would say war because of how it has been portrayed in the news. I would love to have changed that through photography.

Look at Africa a country stricken with famine yet there are so many beautiful pictures and images that really portray the true Africa, not just what we see / hear in the news. I want to learn more about photography and who better than to learn from than the world leaders.
