Cut the Apron Strings 2010 Hey! This is going to be my journal/blog so I don't physically have something to lose (which would happen with the amount of stuff I have). We're starting in New Zealand and hoping to travel around, get a spot of work and then hit Oz on at some stage

hey al....the trip sounds amazing already and you've only just started!! Just read the whole thing out to Jolyon and he said "she writes as much as she talks"!!
be careful of the "just one glass of wine" route 0 its caught me out more times than I can remember.....literally :-)
My liife seems pretty dull in comparison, Jolyon resigned on Monday so he's hoping to get "gardening leave" ie he wont have to work his notice so would have a couple of months off before starting new job. I cant say Im too happy at the thoughts of him staying in bed whilst I get up every morning but as long as my tea is ready when I get in I suppose Ill cope!
Ive booked flights home to see the boys and Alana in a couple of weeks - very excited, cant believe its been over a year since Ive seen them - even Nigel text me the other day to say he's almost missing me....brotherly love eh!
Cant wait to read teh next installment of your adventures - they are so detailled I feel like Im there with you.
