At 3am I woke up to photograph the stars. The light from tent looks like a huge bulb, with the beautiful star speckled sky as a backdrop. I seen a few shooting stars that evening, one of which you can see in this photograph, the top left of the frame.

Looking west from the cliff top as the sun was setting was spectacular. The sea looked like an ice field stretching for miles into the horizon, which was glowing a pale red reflecting the beautiful colours of the sky.

The sky at night here is spectalur, offering hardly any light pollution as you look out towards the Irish Sea. This is bar far one of my favourite place to escape the sounds, and lights of the city.
