My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited
Australia | Monday, January 14, 2013 | 5 photos
My travels in Australia started a long time ago. From the very first glance I was surprised by its unbelievably widely spread nature. How different can be places in one country - on one hand big crowded cities, where everyone is in his own thoughts, on the other - a farm yard gate in the middle of nowhere, or a spot that might have told people a story of lives that have finished so suddenly. There's a lot of national parks in Australia where you can be amazed by ancient history of the whole earth and how some of the most well known attractions were formed, one of them are Devils Marbles in the Northern Territory. You may not believe your eyes when you see how these enormous rocks stand on each other and change color during sunrise. Also I've never seen as many creatures anywhere else as in this country. Look at these bright colors of that gorgeous parrot! I could sit there for hours admiring that bird. And of course, Australia isn't Australia without snakes and lizards. It might sound dangerous, but how cute.. in the distance :)
I really loved time spent in Australia, burning and flooding, with its green forests, mighty mountains and red sand.
