One of the places where you can stop and buy something to eat. It's very common to see the kitchens from the street like that and see the cook doing his work surrounded by vapour and food

Maybe there is no such place as Hong Kong if you like fresh fish. Markets are open till late and you can choose your fish and bring it for cooking at the restaurant. Sometimes fish is sliced and you can see the heart beating while it's still alive.

Hong Kongers really love to hang out for dinner. And some streets like Temple street and many other in Kowloon and Sham Shui Po offer a lot of opportunities for tasting and stay out at evening. Dining out is very common because of the long work hours and the for the little private spaces in apartments. In fact Hong Kong is one of the most densely populated cities in the world.
