Milan is a beautiful city but you have to pay attention when you are going to a coffee shop, it is better not to sit in any cafe near the Duomo, and even if you are moving away from the tourist area it is always better to ask for the price list. I haven't done it and for two expressos and a croissant ..... I paid almost 20 EUROS .... I was stolen, normally you would pay 5 or 6 euros.
