Passport & Plate - Ash is Global Dish

Ingredients
Red Rice (it calls also "Ozgon" rice)
carrot
vegetable oil
spices (basil, etc)
raisins or dry barberry
grenade
quince
salt
meat (beef, chicken,lamb)
onion

 

How to prepare this recipe
First, cut carrots in straws
then, dunk rice into water
Now, take onion and cut it as circles.
Prepare vegetable oil and quench it in a big utensil (Asians call it "kazan" )
Cut meat in big or small pieces (it's up to you, also depends on the kind of food)
Then, begin to put meat and onion simultaneously, cook under normal fire, mix them randomly. Here is little hint, you should fry it as much as possible, it will let you to have a delicious Ash ever.
Well, when your carrot straws and meat will be fried well pour cold water. Wait until it will be boiled. Now put all spices and other ingredients you have. You can start with raisins, grenade granules, quince. Then, prepare rice you you dunked into water. Make your rice free from water and add it to you masterpiece. Add some spices (basil, etc). Attention, close the cap of the dish you are cooking in and stew Ash for 40 minutes under the low fire.
Once 40 minutes passed, open and put fruits and meat in separate dish, mix rice that rested. Now, put Ash into one big plate (because Asians do so) and decorate it with fruits and meat. So, Bon appetite!

That is why I find it really special to cook Ash and present it to the world not because I'm crazy in my culture, but I'm for being global citizen.
