Le Escapist Voyage

To me, things that seem modern and makes me feel nice sometimes imprisoning me instead making me feel good. That made me to realize that there’s something in nature, even place which seem so barren and empty frees me and makes me feel better than the so called “modernity”. And instead of being imprisoned, i’d rather escape into the farthest frontier in my life than being stuck. So far, me with my friend have been making short movies for 2 years in various themes and have won several indie movie competition. As for myself, i’d really love to explore Indonesian modern history through movie especially about Indonesian society during the 1980’s. Winning this competition would mean as a chance for me to escape the hectic of my last college life here. And also, it would be my great leap forward to increase my skill in making a film because i expect there’ll be something that will be usable from there for another my film.
