Traditional cock fight in a small village. The winner gets...a chicken for a soup.

10 years after. Two embracing men, in the background memorial of the bombings in Kuta, Bali, where 202 people were killed during a party night in a club which use to stand in its place. The bombers allegedly targeted alcohol consumption and promiscuity of the party crowd.

You can see women working almost everywhere on the decorations used for the many of the island's ceremonies. This woman's working place is the stairs in a busy market. When I came back few hours later, she was still there, still plaiting.
