To me, photography is all about experiences. Each experience that I have is a chance. Each location is an adventure. Every event is a revolution. All of these scream opportunities for a unique shot. I am always ready and eager to find that salvation shot.

My exceptional eye for detail is complimented by my thorough appreciation for the emotional impact of each scene that I am capturing. In addition to my innate fervor for my craft is a lingering hunger to absorb the lessons bestowed upon me; be they natural or intellectual. I am fully confident in my natural talent and have over the years received formal recognition. My enthusiasm for photography has lead me to innumerable places and experiences. A worldly appreciation is important for any aspiring artist.

I will become accomplished and recognized. This is my passion and my dream. Winning the World Nomads 2010 Travel Photography Scholarship could potentially catapult me into the professional realm of photography.

Most importantly, I would have the experience of a foreign land that I can share with my friends, family, peers and colleagues.
