Did silks and then trapeze. Finally able to let go at the end of the split but then had trouble letting go to do the straddle catch. Funny how that happens. I think I was just in my head a little too much.

Monica (one of the extreme staff), came back from vacation and we all went to Bodega for dinner to hear all about her trip.
