This, a once in a lifetime opportunity; to explore, capture and keep an experience that can change life itself.
I do it for the art, I do it for the learning; to live, feel, love, talk, express. To be a woman before I am an artist and become artist for humanity. As a source that allows the being to overcome any circumstance and transform it into beauty. As a soul work giving it all in that precise moment. Pleasure.

I have always wanted to travel, to get to a place where I can give it all by being myself and doing what I really love, all in the same spot; Photography, Africa, animals, landscapes, children.
I am a painter, I love arts. I am adventurous and determined. But until now I haven´t had the chance to work only for my dreams. I have to look out for family and college; after 7 years of struggling for paying for college and family expenses, I finally graduate in less than a month.
Having this kind of opportunity, when it all gathers in one contest seemed really far away. And yet, here it is.

To get to photograph exquisite colors and wildlife in their natural sorroundings, to be there and experience in body and soul what you get from only looking into a National Geographic magazine would be the best classroom anyone can learn at.

The photographs I uploaded are from the only time I have been into my city`s zoo. The reason is I don´t support or enjoy watching animals being held by fences. But I wanted to capture specific pictures where we can observe in their eyes or expressions that they need more than zoo cares (food, water, place to live, other animals) to really be animals and feel free.
