So I have finished packing everything except what I need for the morning. I suppose I may be packing a few more tops than I really need but I like them! What I am happy about is that between my Pacsafe and my Osprey packs I can fit everything I wanted (laptop isn't coming). On the down side; I really wanted to fit my pacsafe into my big backpack so I don't have to look like a dork (or ninja turtle) with one bag in front and on my back. Oh well... Turtle Time it is (Watson Oh Baby!).
Thank you dad for lending me the better camera for the trip. Even though it is slightly bigger and heavier than my camera, hopefully it will make up for that with photo quality. I know you and some others are living vicariously through me for these next 8 weeks so I will take good photos for you!
All in all, I've been pretty put together so far. I did have a headache today and I hope it's just a bit of dehydration and nerves. I've got gravol for the plane to put me out though!
It's time for bed; wake up is at 5:00am for me since I take a long time to get ready in the morning. The plane leaves at 10:07 from Ottawa, to Chicago. Then I leave after an hour layover to Beijing!
