Im 25 years old from London UK, during my teenage years both my parents died this was the worse time in my life but enabled me with inheritance money to travel which has been the best times of my life. I am a keen conservationist and believe that people don't care about trying to save the natural world until individuals like photographers capture moments so special that people stop to think about the future. I absolutely love photography and have recently bought a Canon DSLR which i am enjoying playing around with, i have endless patience when it comes to photography and getting the 'perfect' shot. I dream of being a wildlife photographer because photography and wildlife are my passions in life and hopefully one day will achieve this. The First two photos i have uploaded are from south africa where my heart truely lies. The First is of a Mozambique spitting cobra which i noticed by chance while taking photo of a Martial Eagle, the snake was in a defensive position, and stayed like it for more than 40minutes. The second photo was my most patient photo to date i sat for around 3 hours while a lone lioness stalked a zebra stallion, the zebra unknowingly walked almost into her and then the chase began unfortunately the zebra got away but the 3hour wait was more than worth it as my adrenaline pumped during the 30second chase and for around 30minutes after. The second two photos are from my time in south america in equador during a night walk i came across a south american red-eyed tree frog on a leaf after trying many times to get a good photo using the camera flash i couldnt so i played around with a torch and managed to bag this photo which i absolutely love, at the time i didnt realise really what i had achieved until later when i showed an ameture photographer at the hostle who was incredibly jealous because he had been looking for that frog and shot for around two weeks. Being in the right place at the right time certainly helps. I spent a week in the equadorian amazon and pestered the guide to find me an anaconda on the last morning we got up at around 4am in a last attempt to find one, unfortunately we didnt but the views on the foggy morning were amazing and i left there with this photo which soon became my favourite. Photography, the natural world and conservation are my passions so i thank you for this opertunaty
