Plated Lemon Chicken
Tim is a polymath. He loves sports cars, fly tying and fishing, playing the ukulele and traveling. He does nothing half assed. If he becomes interested in something, the interest usually turns into obsession quite quickly until he has learned almost everything there is to learn about the subject.
He first learned to cook, like most chef’s, from his mother and grandmother. After going to culinary school in NYC he worked in restaurants and diplomatic circles in Ottawa and New York City, cooking for everyone from diplomats to actors before moving to the West Coast. Following 15 years in the kitchen, Tim decided to take it easy for a while and opened his own business, a deli in the West End of Vancouver.
His love of travel probably has a lot to do with his curious nature.
