Stereotyped America verses real America

I visited United states in 2013-14 and traveled to different visit-worthy areas including Niagra-fall, Grand Canon, Washington, Native America, Hopi culture, Aamish families, clubs, met and dinned with American families, studied at American schools, and experienced a lot of other things in the USA, but i am unable to write all the events systematically as i dont know how to write professionally.
My aim is to show the true and real American culture and society to people in my country and the world. Because there are alot of stereotyped things in our people minds about the American society and Americans but in reality it was not as i personally saw and experience the American society and people.
If i write it in a professional way, it will help alot to present a positive picture of American society in my country Pakistan and the rest of the countries in the region.
