The whole, roast, suckling pig is served with a salad consisting of lettuce, tomato and onion picked from the garden and then drizzled with olive oil. I'm taken by the simplicity of the dishes. It is a reflection of the people and the place...straight forward, close to it's origins and full of flavor.
