The 'V', a symbol for victory and freedom. A symbol representing overcoming an obstacle and striving to achieve an objective. These kids in this government run school in the slums of Karach, they all want to achieve a certain goal in life.

This picture was taken at a government run primary school in one of the many slums in Karachi. The kid is actually the son of the security gaurd who works at this particular school. The child in the picture; Ateeq, is one of the many children trying to change their destiny and aptly copied his father at duty. Looking with intent eyes, he has won my heart and certainly the multitude of people around him.
