The temperature falls below -6 degree Celsius in Sandakhphu at night. This freezes all water bodies present outside. The dew drops which get accumulated on the plants also freeze and become ice crystals. In this photo what seems to be like sugar are actually dew drops which eventually got converted into ice crystals due to the fall in temperature at night. Sandakhphu West Bengal India
