Capturing an image is more than freezing a
memory in time. It is about conservation of all things that make us human; a
feeling, a beautiful or devastating sight, emotional threads that weave the
fabric of what it is to be alive at that particular moment in time. To me,
photography is a personal expression of self and environment with wordless
fluidity that renders explanation and logic null. Seeing and experiencing
through the lens is an open and honest interpretation of complexities made
simple. It is a lifelong relationship. A commitment to share beauty in even the
ugliest of circumstances.
