Workers building concrete roadways inside Zhangzhou Institute of Technology. I love their bamboo hats. Between the hat and the head there is about a three centimeter gap, so they are kept very cool as they work. They also keep their heads dry when it rains.
These workers will apparently work all day until 9-10 at night!
