My Scholarship entry - Restful Resort

I have fantasized about being a travel photographer since I was 10 years old! My inspiration was National Geographic magazines, they would transport me around the globe with photo journalistic stories, I could imagine myself in these places, stepping into the pictures of discovery!
I am retired from non-profit work now, so I decided to go to Rocky Mountain School of Photography last summer in Missoula, Montana for a Summer Intensive program. It was the best 11 weeks of my life! I learned so much and I'm trying to apply it to my own photo journals and pictures of discovery!
