My Pack was Sacked

ARGENTINA | Saturday, 23 January 2010 | Views [2240]

I was walking with my full backpack to the bus terminal one evening in Buenos Aires when I was stopped by two middle aged men. One pulled out a knife and demanded that I hand over everything. Without hesitation, I gave them my pack and they fled. Luckily, I was wearing my money belt under my clothing and so my passport and bank cards were saved, but my clothing, sleeping bag, iPod, camera and mobile phone were gone – leaving me with nothing.

How WN Helped

They compensated me for the items in my backpack that were stolen, including the backpack, clothing and my iPod.

PAID AUD $1098.82
