The story behind this recipeThis is a recipe i cooked up one evening, when my mum and dad were alone at home and there wasn't anything to eat at home, that was cooked. i had to buy food from outside, and i didn't want them to eat fast food.
So since I love to feed my family and they do enjoy my cooking. I find easy ways to use things that are available at the time. Food brings positive energy to the table and within a family. It helps you forget about all the negativity in your life for that moment. IT puts a smile on the faces of my family, and i love that. I come from a large family, and like all cultures, food brings us together. I dressed up the plate and it was a sight to watch my parents go 'WOW!" wasn't expecting a good dinner tonight. :)
