How to prepare this recipethe melon has be grinded to small particles, the vegetables will be cut too to small particles. then a one liter of water into the pot on fire the meat and the fish with some seasoning first for 10 minutes after which the melon will be put into the pot as well after 15 to 20 minutes after which the vegetables with the main seasoning and the palm oil then it will on fire 15 minutes
