Hey there! My name is Tayler MacDonald. I am 21 years old, and I come from a small province called Prince Edward Island, along the eastern shore of Canada. I've lived here my whole life, and it's a very beautiful place, especially to photograph. Since junior high, I've had a real interest in photography and the dynamics of it. I spent a lot of time taking photos, even if they weren't good. I just enjoyed it so much. About five years ago, I had bought myself a DSLR, and it's been my favorite thing ever since. Photography is the light in my life, it makes me appreciate the world so much more. I love looking at photographs others have taken from all over the world, and seeing the beauty that it can capture, and even the ugliness of of the world, because there's still some beauty in even that. I'm always striving for a perfect shot, but I know that it's not possible. But I keep on trying. I've thought a lot about what I want to do with photography. Having a passion and using it to make money would be great and all, but I don't necessarily want that: What I want, is to travel the world and capture all of it's beauty. And then show that beauty to others. I want to show people the world.
