A moment, once captured, turns into a memory. It is these memories that stay with us for a lifetime. They can be triggered by something as simple as a fragrance, a picture, a dream. Most of us live in pursuit of happiness, and at the end of our lives, have an immense collection of happy memories. Memories that we treasure. Memories that are both unique and shared.
I want to capture and collect these memories. Immortalize these beautiful moments that can take one's breath away, bring a smile to one's face or fill a heart with joy. Photographs can convey such beautiful emotions and capture such rare moments, that only last a second, but will stay with you for a lifetime.
In my 32 years, I have accumulated many of these moments, in the form of photographs. I have a desire to see more, explore more, and gather an infinite array of such artwork, to encapsulate the lives of myself and others around me.
Visiting familiar and faraway lands, and creating and sharing such visual treasures is what I would consider worthwhile time spent on this planet.
