My Scholarship entry - Unprepared, Overexcited

My qualifications lie only in my passion for the beauty of our world. I didn't go to school for photography, i haven't been taking pictures for as long as most, but I am as passionate as anyone you could possibly find. My road to photography is hilarious and unconventional. The truest statement would be to say that it found me and is never letting me go. My body lives in Northwest Indiana but my imagination is as seasoned of a traveler as one could ever meet. An opportunity to go to a place seen by so few people, and to learn from the elite few is tantalizing in an of itself, but the idea of beginning what i hope to be a lifelong adventure is the greatest thrill of them all. I will fight tooth and nail to live this passion, and I hope it begins here. I can't lean on my accomplishments or even reference a portfolio, I can ask for you to take a risk. Take a risk on a guy who is taking a risk to let passion lead him. Take a risk on a huge guy, with a huge beard, who will jump in any hole or climb any tree just to see what he can see.
