My Scholarship entry - Beautiful Pakistan

I am a civil engineer and hobbyist photographer. I started photography two years back, spending most of the time studying photography, learning techniques and going through literature that helped me a lot to go through the learning curve. It has been difficult following the path of photography for me due to my engineering and other commitments. However, I still try to find time for this hobby.
I wish to pursue wildlife photography but I do click in other places, limited by opportunities and gear. Pakistan is a country where pursuing photography is not easy. Its a social dogma that photography is not a revered profession especially wildlife and nature photography which is my point of interest. The profession isn't highly paid and there are limited opportunities for development. I strongly feel I have the talent and creativity required to be a renowned photographer. What I need is a chance, an exposure and of course the tutoring of a world class photographer like Jason to overcome the hump.
This scholarship will be a lifetime opportunity for me, giving me a chance to pursue photography as a full time profession and being one of the fewest travel photographers from Pakistan.
