I am a 38 year old male who lives in Ballina, Australia.
These pics were taken while briefly living in Sydney.
I grew up in Lennox Head and photography has always intrigued me from a young age, used to shoot a bit of film as a kid and when digital came along it seemed a lot an easier process.
I work in a motel restaurant at night in Ballina and I go surfing and fishing during the day but I would love to get a photographic or photo-anything job some day.
Traveling the world recording peoples stories and capturing their narratives from an impartial viewpoint would be an dream come true but getting the access, the money to travel has unfortunately eluded me so far.
As a child the inspiration to capture that unique moment in time probably came from N.G yellow rows in my fathers bookshelf.
Growing up in a small coastal town before there was internet certainly gave me the appreciation of nature especially the ocean.
Love meeting and listening to people stories.
Anyway always love reading the yellow book and I would give vital parts of my anatomy to ever work or get a chance to work for N.G.
Seriously I would love to do this gig.
