My Photo scholarship 2011 entry
These are the photos from one of my trips to Kerala, India. Its aptly known as the God's Own Country. The plush green fields and forests are just exotic. These pictures are from a field just a few minutes walk from our place there.
Through these photos i have tried to convey the hardships these fishermen go through daily to feed themselves and their families. It was raining that day and they hardly caught one or two fishes till i was there. But overall it was a sight to cherish.
Personally, I would say that my adventurous and curious personality should fit me well in what this photography scholarship requires. I have always been keen on visiting new places and getting to know new faces n their cultures. However, it would be a dream-come-true scholarship for me to be with Mr Jason Edward on such an assignment to the beautiful South Africa.
