My Name is Rachael Curtin. I am 21 years old and i finished school at a young age of 16 and had no real idea where i wanted to go and did not know where i could see myself in 10 years time however it only took me a year to learn that my camera was where my heart is. Taking picture makes me happy and I LOVE capturing moments to hold onto forever. I love capturing beautiful things i encounter and being able to share them with them world and capturing family moments so that families can relive them over and over again but most importantly I love to challenge myself to explore new avenues and never be afraid to press the shutter as second guessing can cost me the shot of a lifetime. My camera is part of me if i do not have it I do not feel complete and this is why I think i should be chosen I am young and I have an incredible passion for photography and I think an experience like this would completely change my life and to be mentored by someone so talented would be so surreal. This opportunity would make all my efforts to become noticed so much more worth while as I not only take pictures for me I take them so that I can share with everyone else the things I encounter each day :)
