My Scholarship entry - On the Streets of Peru
I am 69 years of age and a former college president. and teacher. I have made my business to examine our world through photography and have learned a great deal about the fury and mire of the human being. I have a thirst to continue this journey while serving as a good will ambassador. Our world is very divers and complex but we are all bound together by our humanity on many levels. I want to share that with all those who take the time to see my images. This my way of giving back in a way of helping people to see our humanity in ways that they can never see due to any condition related to poverty, illness, or lack of opportunity. This scholarship will show that we can all continue to learn and aspire to greater heights no matter our position.
